中铁集装箱运输有限责任公司于2025年11月就以下三个境外铁路运输服务项目组织开展了邀请招标工作。目前，招标评审及结果确认程序已顺利完成。现将中标结果公告如下：

二、后续安排
本次招标结果已于2025年12月31日向全体投标人公示，公示期满无异议。公司将按程序与上述中标供应商开展合同签署工作，签署生效后正式启用。

China Railway Container Transport Corp., Ltd. (CRCT) conducted invited bidding in November 2025 for the following three overseas railway transportation service projects. The bidding evaluation and result confirmation procedures have now been duly completed. The winning bid results are hereby announced as follows:
I. Project Overview, Lot Descriptions, and Winning Bid Information
(1) Project 1: 2026 CRCT China Railway Express (CRE) (West Corridor to Europe, excluding Russia/Belarus, excluding South Corridor, excluding full-timetable services) Supplier Qualification Project for the Overseas Segment
(2) Project 2: 2026 CRCT China Railway Express (CRE) (Routes to Russia and Belarus) Supplier Qualification Project for the Overseas Segment
Lot descriptions and the list of winning suppliers are detailed in "Appendix II: List of Qualified Suppliers for the 2026 CRCT CRE (Routes to Russia and Belarus) Supplier Qualification Project for the Overseas Segment".
(3) Project 3: 2026 CRCT China–Central Asia Railway Express (China to Five Central Asian Countries, Iran, Azerbaijan, etc.) Westbound Supplier Qualification Project for the Overseas Segment

II. Follow-up Arrangements
The bidding results were publicly announced to all bidders on December 31, 2025, and no objections were raised upon the expiration of the announcement period. The company will proceed with contract signing procedures with the aforementioned winning suppliers and will formally engage their services upon the effectiveness of the contracts.
